You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel, then 14 days to return. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Contact us at info@didgerigoods.com to register your return and receive the return address of a partner warehouse.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of purchase.

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
