Section 10 - Delivery Terms:

All orders are fulfilled from our distribution centers in China. Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days until 5:00 PM (AEST), after which tracking details are typically provided within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and generally fall between 5 to 12 business days, depending on the shipping country and local customs clearance. Full delivery estimates can be found in our Shipping Policy. All orders are expected to arrive within 30 days of purchase, in line with AU Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost to the customer. All applicable import duties and taxes are fully prepaid by us, so you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@didgerigoods.com with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement where applicable. Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will not be charged.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
